Location: Must be based onsite in Proscenium at Rockwell, Makati, Philippines 3 days a week, with 2 days WFH

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment process cycle from role briefing to offer stage.
• Build strong partnerships with business areas and candidates to drive satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to develop strong recruitment strategies with a focus on diversity.
• Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate pipeline.
• Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and provide recruiting solutions.
• Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to hiring managers.

Requirements

• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role in an in-house, agency, or RPO environment.
• Prior experience in hiring for Commercial and Supply Chain roles within the Life Sciences industry is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Must have good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Tagalog
