What you will do
- Establish yourself as the main point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Implement communication plans to present solutions to key stakeholders.
- Manage the sales process from onboarding to after-sales customer management.
- Understand customer requirements, create solutions, and provide quotes.
- Develop new opportunities through your network, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with various teams for technical product presentations and briefings.
Requirements
- Customer-centric and sales-driven with a hands-on approach to solution-building.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity in the IT/Telecom sector and IP networking is advantageous.
