What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic analytics initiatives from problem definition to execution.
• Build and scale competitive intelligence capabilities to inform product positioning and GTM strategy.
• Own performance reporting and executive-ready narratives for commercial reviews.
• Translate complex data science and AI outputs into actionable recommendations for business teams.
• Develop scalable operating rhythms and processes to improve decision-making speed.
• Partner with RevOps and Data Science to ensure initiatives drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting.
• Background in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Proven ability to partner with sales, RevOps, or GTM leadership teams.
• Strong problem-structuring and market intelligence skills.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for quality assurance of analytical outputs.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience preparing updates for senior leadership.
