What you will do

• Own people management for your team, including performance reviews and career growth support.
• Deliver as a senior individual contributor on live technical projects, writing production-quality Unity code.
• Lead AI adoption within the team, testing and embedding new AI tools.
• Act as a technical knowledge multiplier, identifying automation opportunities and raising engineering standards.
• Manage a live, scaling game with production care, balancing technical ambition with revenue-conscious delivery.

Requirements

• Senior Unity expertise: write clean, robust Unity/C# code and own architecture decisions.
• Proven engineering management experience: lead engineers through hiring, performance cycles, and day-to-day management.
• Clear, adaptable communication: translate technical complexity for any audience.
• Active AI curiosity: test tools on your own initiative and understand what’s possible.
• Strong ownership mindset: go beyond your defined scope and drive solutions without waiting to be asked.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping and maintaining live, revenue-generating mobile games, especially puzzle games at scale.
• Backend or server-side knowledge that enhances your ability to build AI-powered workflows and automations.
• A track record of navigating technically complex changes on a live product under production constraints.
