What you will do

  • Define the creative direction and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all company communication.
  • Mentor and lead the brand design team, including graphic and motion designers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to build high-impact campaign assets and in-app experiences.
  • Implement AI workflows for asset production and iteration while maintaining high design standards.
  • Manage relationships with freelancers and internal talent to expand creative capabilities.
  • Utilize data and user insights to measure and refine design performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team management and senior-level brand or visual design role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity development across various marketing channels.
  • Proven experience establishing AI workflows for asset production and templating without sacrificing quality.
  • Proficiency in measuring and improving design performance through data.
  • Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, fully remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Practical skills in illustration and animation.
  • Experience with user research and conducting interviews.
