What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and product-focused roles.
• Partner with Product & Strategy leadership to understand hiring needs and develop attraction strategies.
• Drive US market expansion by growing the local talent footprint in the Bay Area.
• Champion a world-class candidate experience with transparent and timely communication.
• Use data and analytics to optimize hiring workflows and identify recruitment bottlenecks.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an industry leader in AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in technical recruitment.
• Experience within deep tech, AI, or autonomous vehicle sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements and product-focused roles.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Must be available for an on-site/hybrid role in Sunnyvale, California.
