What you will do

• Lead and manage the IT team to ensure efficient operation of all services and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business and engineering requirements.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user devices.
• Manage IT security policies, access control, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, technology roadmaps, and vendor service providers.
• Monitor system performance while leading incident response and troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT leadership or senior IT management roles.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Experience managing corporate IT environments, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes such as ITIL.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT governance, and access management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical business teams.
