What you will do

• Lead the Project Management Unit, providing strategic oversight of implementation performance and direct supervision of staff.
• Manage the Budget vs Actuals (BvA) analysis process to ensure financial health and proactive risk identification across the portfolio.
• Coordinate project cycle management meetings, including implementation and closing reviews, in alignment with donor requirements.
• Develop and monitor project management tools, including workplans and spending trackers, to minimize operational bottlenecks.
• Provide data-driven portfolio insights to the Senior Management Team to inform programmatic and operational strategy.
• Facilitate inter-sectoral coordination to ensure alignment between program delivery, operations, and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, development studies, or political science.
• 5+ years of experience in project or grants management.
• Excellent proficiency in oral and written English.
• Strong expertise in project management systems, BvA processes, and implementation monitoring.
• Advanced analytical problem-solving skills with experience using tools like Power BI.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
