What you will do

• Productize continuous training loops developed by the research team.
• Define and implement user experience for platform tools, including dashboards and APIs.
• Experiment with new training methods and iterate quickly to solve complex technical risks.
• Collaborate across the stack from CUDA kernels to high-performance LLM tracing dashboards.
• Contribute to open-source libraries focused on reinforcement learning and model optimization.
• Drive autonomous roadmap priorities within the specialized OpenPipe team.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) to comply with export control regulations.
• Must be based in the US.
• Demonstrated ability to ship agents or complex AI systems to production.
• Expertise in modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Kubernetes, FastAPI, PostgreSQL).
• Strong capability to learn rapidly and work under ambiguity.
• Excellent engineering taste and ability to deliver impactful results.
