What you will do

• Create high-quality illustrations for banners, social media, app store imagery, and promotional print materials.
• Design assets for in-game marketing, including splash screens, event banners, and icons.
• Develop branding materials such as logos, infographics, and event-specific merchandise.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and User Acquisition teams to ensure visual alignment with game artistic visions.
• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and licensors while ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Maintain and archive design files, monitoring the performance of static ads to provide improvement insights.

Requirements

• Experience in illustration and marketing design within a mid-senior capacity.
• Strong proficiency in design tools and ability to adapt to diverse visual styles.
• Attention to detail and experience working with IP and licensing guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team-based environment and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Professional attitude towards deadlines and quality standards.
• Must be based in Bucharest for hybrid work.
