What you will do

• Assist in building long-term financial models and supporting the company’s budgeting cycle across global markets.
• Design and automate internal tools and dashboards for performance monitoring, investment tracking, and operational reporting.
• Analyze efficiency of current spend and formulate data-driven proposals for reallocation.
• Research new market opportunities, perform competitor benchmarking, and support go-to-market evaluations.
• Prepare high-quality slides for cross-functional syncs and executive updates.
• Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping and execution to launch and impact measurement.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets to drive decisions.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau); Python is a plus.
• Deep understanding of operational metrics, unit economics, and marketplace dynamics.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and able to prioritize effectively.
• A structured communication skills. You can synthesize complex data into clear business actions.
• Experienced in project management and process improvement.
