What you will do

• Take ownership of the end-to-end ML lifecycle from design to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Lead the design of complex ML systems from scratch considering non-functional requirements.
• Transform business objectives into actionable data science problems and define proxy metrics.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate ML models into production services.
• Drive automation across the ML pipeline and monitor performance efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the AI Cluster.

Requirements

• Proven track record of autonomously implementing and leading ML projects.
• Expert-level knowledge in classic ML, deep learning, and advanced mathematics.
• Strong experience with MLOps instruments and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with streaming or async data processing.
• Familiarity with backend integration technologies such as Golang.
• Ability to design systems from scratch and maintain services in production.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of Concept Drift impact on model performance.
• Experience in data preparation at all stages of the ML pipeline.
