What you will do

  • Oversee payment processing and reconciliation of loan disbursements and repayments; prepare sales invoices and contracts with high accuracy.
  • Reconcile daily transactions across multiple systems to ensure alignment between approvals and fund transfers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, chat, email, and video; guide borrowers through the application and funding process.
  • Coordinate between sales, underwriting, and finance teams to ensure the two-hour funding promise is met.
  • Update and maintain HubSpot CRM records, marketing lists, and internal databases.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentation templates using Google Slides for leadership use.

Requirements

  • Essential experience with payment processing, reconciliation, and handling financial documents.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency; comfortable speaking with business owners and stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and MS Office (Excel). Experience with HubSpot is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-velocity environment without sacrificing detail.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a high-level administrative, operations, or client success role with voice interaction responsibilities.
  • Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or high-volume service industries is a strong advantage.
