What you will do

• Leverage cybersecurity knowledge across DeFi domains, including blockchain, smart contracts, and wallet protection.
• Lead IT Security Risk Management and collaborate with stakeholders to protect assets, data, and systems.
• Oversee cyber threat and vulnerability management, including penetration testing coordination.
• Lead security incident response and management with timely escalation.
• Define and lead AI security strategy and governance, including safe adoption of LLMs.
• Drive AI-enabled security operations, leveraging automation and AI to improve threat detection, triage, and response efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of self-custody wallet experience.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience in international, regulated environments.
• Strong leadership combined with deep technical expertise.
• Active contributor to the security community.
• Experience in global, fast-paced, multicultural teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
