TL;DR

Product Support Engineer: Solving technical issues and providing customer service on security and identity products with an accent on troubleshooting and maintaining customer satisfaction. Focus on resolving issues internally and externally, and providing pre-sales technical assistance.

Location: Must be located in Phoenix, AZ; Toronto, Canada; Hoboken, NJ; Dallas, TX; or Ottawa, Canada. Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in one of the offices.

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hirify.global products.
  • Monitor the Support Queue to ensure all SLA are being met.
  • Create Knowledge Base articles on a regular basis.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an enterprise IT or enterprise software organization.
  • Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role as a support engineer or system administrator.
  • Proven troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Infosec experience.
  • Identity and Access Management experience.
