Associate Capital Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Support the capital team in preparing quarterly Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) outputs for hirify.global insurance entities.
• Participate in the ongoing update of UW target setting models used in capital allocation across insurance.
• Maintain proper data flows from key data providers to the capital models.
• Facilitate the update of insurance and global return on capital analysis models used to evaluate company performance.
• Partner with the FP&A team and financial planning capital manager to properly input business plans into the capital models and reconcile results.
• Support corporate goals and principles and communicating those to members of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a numeric discipline such as finance, accounting, actuarial.
• Analytical curiosity with a business-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL is desired
• Strong relationship building skills with a thoughtful, constructive challenge mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• CPA, CFA, or another financial certification is a plus, but not required.
