Salary: S$79-100K depending on location and experience

What you will do

• Contribute to quarterly planning and execution to meet strategic goals and hit client growth targets.
• Create and maintain a plan for recruitment and partner growth initiatives, including timelines.
• Identify new, high-quality partnerships and areas of opportunity based on client needs and industry evolution.
• Recruit high-potential partners to join client programs and negotiate paid placement terms and fees.
• Share new ideas and best practices with the Partnerships Team and Client Services to reach client goals more effectively.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the digital Chinese market and fluency in Chinese language is required.
• 4+ years of partnerships or relevant work experience (including business development, account management, contract negotiations, marketing). Affiliate marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Experience in Performance Marketing (particularly Affiliate Marketing) industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a natural communicator and influencer.
