Position: Full-Stack Developer (Node.js, React / Next.js, Django)
Work format: remote
Employment type: part-time (30+ hrs/week, long-term possible)
Salary range: $15–$30/hour (USD, net)

Job description:
We’re looking looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build modern, scalable web applications.

What you’ll be working on:
building and improving frontend with react
developing backend services with node.js and django
designing and integrating external apis
implementing real-time features where needed
improving performance, scalability, and code quality

What we’re looking for:
solid hands-on experience with react, node.js, and django
ability to work independently and make technical decisions
clean, maintainable code and attention to detail
good communication (async, clear updates, no disappearing)
understanding of system design and performance optimization

Nice to have:
experience building and shipping full products
experience with testing strategies and QA processes
familiarity with real-time systems (WebSockets, queues, etc.)

Additional:
We’re looking for someone reliable for ongoing collaboration, not just short-term fixes.
