Location: Willing to travel within Denmark and the Nordics as required. Office base in Aarhus, Aalborg, Horsens (or Copenhagen by agreement)

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and scale the Core Development team within ABAP Cloud and modern SAP development.
• Set technical direction and best practices for ABAP Cloud, clean core, and SAP extensibility.
• Act as a trusted senior advisor to customers on SAP cloud transformations and architecture decisions.
• Coach and develop consultants through mentoring, capability building, and certification journeys.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery across SAP S/4HANA and cloud‑based projects.
• Contribute to shaping hirify.global’s SAP innovation strategy and future offerings.

Requirements

• Senior leadership or managerial experience within SAP development or digital ERP delivery.
• Deep expertise in ABAP, ABAP Cloud, and SAP S/4HANA (certification is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and business processes.
• Proven ability to lead people, not just technology.
• Comfortable in customer‑facing roles, including workshops, advisory sessions, and executive dialogue.
• Fluent in Danish and English; German is considered a plus.
