What you will do

• Lead integrated transformation programs across portal migration, CRM selection, data insights, and enterprise integration.
• Design and operate the client governance model, facilitating executive meetings and transparent reporting.
• Oversee multiple agile product pods, ensuring backlog alignment and coordinating release planning.
• Own program financial tracking, forecasting capacity needs, and managing commercial adherence.
• Maintain an integrated program risk register, ensuring compliance activities are tracked and aligned.
• Act as the primary executive liaison, driving structured change management and ensuring adoption plans.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years in program leadership, technical program management, or large-scale transformation roles.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-workstream enterprise programs.
• Experience operating in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or wealth management.
• Technically literate with cloud-native environments (Azure and/or AWS), API-first ecosystems, CRM implementations (Salesforce or equivalent), and DevSecOps.
• Executive presence, structured communication skills, and strong commercial acumen.
