What you will do
- Design, train, and optimize deep learning models for speech enhancement and source separation.
- Own the lifecycle of audio datasets, from sourcing and recording to building synthetic simulation pipelines.
- Develop diagnostics and benchmarking tools to ensure models work in real-world environments.
- Improve internal infrastructure and cloud-based training setups to accelerate iteration.
- Collaborate with Sales and DevRel to translate technical breakthroughs into demos and case studies.
Requirements
- A deep understanding of digital signal processing (DSP), room acoustics, and common noise artifacts.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
- 3+ years of experience solving ML or Data problems end-to-end.
- A scientific mindset with a preference for meaningful metrics.
