What you will do

• Design and maintain enterprise-level data governance architectures covering data quality, metadata management, and data protection across platforms.
• Coach and guide multiple squads by translating strategic governance principles into concrete, scalable technical solutions.
• Align architecture decisions with compliance, regulations, and long-term business objectives in a complex enterprise environment.
• Shape data governance for over 40 squads across 4 platform areas.
• Influence solutions used by thousands of hirify.global colleagues worldwide.

Requirements

• Academic work-thinking level with at least 5 years of experience in IT or solution architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing complex IT architectures in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge or experience of Linux Foundation AI & Data Landscape.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with data governance, including data quality, metadata management, and data protection.
• Experience with data management tooling such as data catalogs, data lineage tools, and data quality platforms, combined with strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work together with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
