About the Role
A fast-growing digital marketing team is looking for an Affiliate Manager to drive partner growth for sweepstake projects. The role focuses on building and managing a network of affiliates, scaling campaigns, and optimizing performance, primarily in Tier 1 markets with a strong focus on the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit new affiliates and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Negotiate deals and commission structures that maximize ROI and partner satisfaction
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize affiliate activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns and achieve business objectives
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in sweepstake verticals
- Proven experience working with USA GEO and Tier 1 markets
- Fluent English for communication with partners and team
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing processes, tracking, and reporting
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
