What you will do

• Lead editorial operations for GQ Italy’s website, overseeing the editing and publishing of all content.
• Write, commission, and edit daily content across all sections of the website, managing staff and freelance contributors.
• Align and coordinate GQ Italy’s digital operations with the global GQ network.
• Collaborate with the Head of Editorial Content and Senior Audience Development Manager to maximize global syndication opportunities.
• Conceive and develop innovative editorial formats and projects aligned with audience behaviors and business objectives.
• Coordinate and align with all key GQ Italy’s stakeholders, including Commercial, Marketing, and Events teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Journalist, Editor, or Content Lead in Digital Media.
• Proven expertise and passion for Style, Lifestyle, Culture, and Sports industry.
• Professional fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Experience coordinating teams, managing editorial workflows, and leading meetings.
• Strong editorial judgment and a solid understanding of culture, style, lifestyle, and societal issues.
• Familiarity with digital publishing, content management systems, and multi-platform distribution strategies.
