TL;DR

React Native Lead Developer (Gamedev): Leading the design and development of SDKs and mobile applications for gaming products with an accent on architectural scalability and high-performance mobile UI. Focus on mentoring a distributed development team, ensuring code quality, and driving the end-to-end delivery of innovative mobile solutions within the social casino domain.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Gdansk or Krakow, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

What you will do

Lead the design and development of React Native-based SDKs and mobile applications.
Drive best practices in programming, testing, and deployment to maintain high industry standards.
Collaborate with native iOS/Android engineers, product managers, and designers on end-to-end solutions.
Mentor team members to foster innovation, skill development, and career advancement.
Analyze application performance to fix bottlenecks and ensure responsiveness across platforms.
Produce technical documentation and diagrams to align development with business goals.

Requirements

5 years of experience creating and deploying React Native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Proven leadership experience managing a development team and mentoring engineers.
Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and native mobile architecture (iOS/Android).
Experience with the full mobile development life cycle and successfully released products.
Must be authorized to work in Poland without the need for visa sponsorship.
Strong familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
