TL;DR

React Native Lead Developer (Gamedev): Leading the design and development of SDKs and mobile applications for gaming products with an accent on architectural scalability and high-performance mobile UI. Focus on mentoring a distributed development team, ensuring code quality, and driving the end-to-end delivery of innovative mobile solutions within the social casino domain.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Gdansk or Krakow, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

What you will do

  • Lead the design and development of React Native-based SDKs and mobile applications.
  • Drive best practices in programming, testing, and deployment to maintain high industry standards.
  • Collaborate with native iOS/Android engineers, product managers, and designers on end-to-end solutions.
  • Mentor team members to foster innovation, skill development, and career advancement.
  • Analyze application performance to fix bottlenecks and ensure responsiveness across platforms.
  • Produce technical documentation and diagrams to align development with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience creating and deploying React Native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a development team and mentoring engineers.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and native mobile architecture (iOS/Android).
  • Experience with the full mobile development life cycle and successfully released products.
  • Must be authorized to work in Poland without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Strong familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
