What you will do

• Develop and implement credit policies and risk assessment strategies aligned with business and antifraud requirements.
• Monitor the performance of the automated decision-making system and evaluate the impact of policy changes.
• Automate test scripts to validate credit decision-making strategies and algorithms.
• Conduct deep technical analysis of strategy implementations to detect and eliminate errors.

Requirements

• 0.5 years of experience in technical or fintech roles.
• SQL and Python proficiency.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stressful startup environment.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia as the role is onsite.
