EDGE and INDRA joint venture seeking an experienced Radar Integration Team Lead to lead the integration, testing, and deployment of advanced radar and defense systems.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineers in integration, testing, and deployment of radar and defense systems.
• Manage technical planning, resource allocation, and project execution in line with program objectives.
• Oversee radar commissioning and validate performance under operational conditions.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and customer reports; ensure compliance with MIL-STD and defense standards.
• Support field integration and training, including travel to client sites and military locations
