What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex WPF desktop applications using MVVM architecture.
• Design database schemas and optimize SQL queries for production environments.
• Work safely with legacy production code, refactoring and improving functionality.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate routine development tasks while maintaining high code quality.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and participate in Gitflow-based code reviews.
• Decompose technical tasks and provide accurate delivery estimations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional C# and .NET experience.
• Strong expertise in WPF, including MVVM, data binding, and custom control development.
• Solid understanding of SQL, including schema design and transaction management.
• Practical experience with AI development tools and effective task prompting.
• English: B1–B2 proficiency required.
• Russian: B2 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI libraries like DevExpress, Telerik, or Infragistics.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of industrial protocols such as Modbus.
• Familiarity with on-premise deployments and LabView.
