Salary: $172,000 - $258,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and own a rolling 90-day content strategy aligned to persona-level buying journeys across key segments.
• Architect and build an AI-native content system in partnership with GTM Engineering.
• Set and enforce editorial standards across all formats, ensuring all output meets a high bar for insight, clarity, and impact.
• Own and elevate hirify.global’s executive voices across channels, including LinkedIn and strategic communications.
• Build and manage a channel orchestration system in partnership with channel leads.
• Own content-to-pipeline attribution, analyze performance across channels and formats, and continuously refine strategy based on data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of content strategy and execution of full-funnel B2B content journeys, including 5+ years of editorial oversight and 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience building or operating AI-enabled content workflows, with a systems-oriented mindset focused on scalability, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong editorial judgment and executive-level writing ability, with experience shaping content that influences senior audiences and drives meaningful engagement.
• Experience owning or contributing to content measurement frameworks tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Familiarity with modern marketing and AI tools and comfort working alongside technical partners to build integrated systems.
• Interest in financial services, private equity, or complex B2B markets, with a willingness to develop deep domain expertise.
