About the Role
You will own end-to-end liquidity provisioning and pricing across business verticals. You will execute and manage OTC trades, build intraday and forward liquidity forecasts, and optimize working capital. You will manage pricing, spreads, and execution strategy, maintain counterparty relationships, enforce internal controls and SOPs, and provide regular reporting and insights on liquidity positions, OTC volumes, risks, and performance. You will also hire, onboard, and develop members of the liquidity team and drive disciplined daily execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in OTC trading, liquidity management, treasury, or similar operational roles
- Prior experience of managing a team is highly beneficial
- Strong understanding of crypto OTC markets and liquidity dynamics
- Comfortable managing INR and international currencies such as USD, GBP, EUR
- Highly execution-oriented and detail-focused, comfortable operating in fast-paced operational environments
- Practical experience and execution capability; no specific educational qualifications required
Responsibilities
- Own liquidity provisioning and pricing for Mudrex and Saber Money
- Own working capital cycles end-to-end and build intraday and forward liquidity forecasts
- Minimize idle cash across currencies and corridors
- Execute and manage OTC trades to support business volumes and operational requirements
- Manage pricing, spreads, and execution strategy to remain competitive while protecting margins
- Build, grow, and manage a strong network of USDT buyers in India
- Lead the liquidity team’s employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development
- Drive disciplined daily execution, internal controls, and SOPs for OTC operations
- Provide regular reporting and insights on liquidity positions, OTC volumes, risks, and performance
