TL;DR

Customer Success Manager: Providing day-to-day support to customers, assisting with internal and external projects, and using technical knowledge to test product releases and troubleshoot issues with an accent on outstanding service and customer satisfaction. Focus on resolving customer requests quickly and working closely with the Product team to test product releases and new features.

Location: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 USD per year.

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users needing assistance or having questions about the products.
  • Use technical knowledge to resolve customer requests quickly and autonomously.
  • Work closely with the Product team to test product releases and new features.
  • Take a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with customer-facing projects and data modeling/reporting tasks.
  • Assist team members with internal infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
  • 1+ years of applicable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Development, Business Development, and Customer Success teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical software problems.
  • Possess a self-starter mentality.
  • Have excellent time management skills.
