is a GameTech company powering Betano and operating across 20 markets with AI-driven products focused on personalized customer experiences.
What you will do
- Define success metrics aligned with business goals and provide data-driven recommendations to improve AI product performance.
- Analyze product performance and assess opportunities for improving the customer experience.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product changes, AI models, and AI features.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders on product strategy and alignment.
- Communicate product insights and data stories through clear analysis, presentations, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product data analysis and uncovering actionable insights to improve customer experience.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, SQL, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Databricks.
- Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- AI-first mindset with practical use of AI tools and assistants in daily work.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data science concepts.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design, particularly for recommendation systems.
- Experience in a dynamic, agile, and fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to the gaming industry.
