What you will do

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives for system automation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and performance reports.
• Analyze and optimize the CRM platform to ensure peak efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to core business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in designing APIs, data models, and business process architectures.
• Expertise in UML and BPMN modeling.
• Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases for high-load environments.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka.
• English: B1 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing REST and gRPC models.
• Familiarity with Git and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with Go services.
• Previous experience designing CRM solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
