What you will do

• Build and improve a framework for GPU kernel optimization, including multi-turn tool use and reward signals.
• Develop integrations with GPU profilers like NCU and ROCprofiler, and compiler toolchains.
• Design the architecture for remote GPU execution across cloud infrastructure.
• Work on trace analysis systems to help agents diagnose performance bottlenecks.
• Ship features that optimize critical infrastructure used in PyTorch and vLLM environments.

Requirements

• Deep technical intuition and ability to learn new domains quickly.
• Comfort working across the full stack.
• Proven ability to ship production code rapidly while maintaining high quality.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco.
• Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Nice to have

• GPU programming experience including CUDA, HIP, or Triton.
