• Build lifecycle journeys and in-product education content to guide users to pro-tier conversion.
• Synthesize customer insights and usage data to shape product positioning and roadmap decisions.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to maintain market context across marketing and product teams.
• Develop enablement materials including messaging guides, demos, and FAQs for customer-facing teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Content, and Growth teams to deliver differentiated stories.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience within a SaaS environment.
• Strong background in product-led growth models.
• Proven ability to translate customer data and behavioral insights into actionable user experiences.
• Ability to collaborate across departments including Product, Brand, and Customer Success.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on experimentation.
