What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end launch of the Qatar retail experience, including store buildout and systems setup.
• Manage day-to-day operations for a 12-hour/day, 7-day/week schedule.
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of Research Associates.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for memberships, apparel, and experiential services.
• Ensure brand standards through visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Partner with global stakeholders to align on marketing and operational strategies.

Requirements

• Must currently live in Doha, Qatar.
• 8+ years of retail management experience, specifically in high-end or experiential retail.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams in high-traffic, extended-hours environments.
• Strong operational acumen including inventory control and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent a premium brand.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily operational tasks.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Arabic.
