What you will do

• Oversee the launch strategy for the Doha research facility, including team recruitment and operational workflows.
• Ensure all human subjects research adheres to high ethical standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and define key performance indicators to ensure research goals and operational excellence are met.
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration between international labs to ensure cohesive data collection.
• Represent the hirify.global brand and culture within the GCC region.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advance product innovation research.

Requirements

• Must currently live in Doha, Qatar.
• English: Fluent verbal and written proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human subjects research.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a related domain.
• 2+ years of experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Proven background in project management, research ethics, and data privacy compliance.
