What you will do

• Lead end-to-end participant recruitment and scheduling for research programs
• Collaborate with Research Scientists to translate objectives into execution plans
• Oversee participant logistics, communications, and incentive compensation processes
• Analyze recruitment gaps and present data-driven updates to the team
• Support strategic growth of the research panel and budget planning
• Improve recruitment operations through creative problem-solving and AI-assisted workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 1–3 years of experience in research recruitment, operations, or study coordination
• Must be located in the Greater Boston area and able to work on-site 5 days per week
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using AI tools to maintain high-quality operational standards
• Capability to build professional relationships with diverse communities
