What you will do

• Own the execution of regional commercial targets and integrated marketing campaigns across the North American market.
• Develop and activate partnerships with fitness influencers, athletic organizations, and community leaders.
• Plan and lead on-the-ground activations, pop-ups, and brand experiences in key cities to drive acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Analyze regional campaign performance and media strategies to optimize channel mix and budget allocation.
• Localize global brand campaigns and creative assets to ensure cultural alignment with U.S. market dynamics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within consumer tech, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. market with strong cultural fluency and consumer behavior insights.
• Proven track record in managing influencer marketing, media planning, and brand partnerships.
• Strong analytical and project leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and execute complex initiatives.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston, MA or New York, NY.
