What you will do

• Define and prioritize the firmographic data roadmap, covering entity resolution, enrichment, and company attributes.
• Architect scalable data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation pipelines in partnership with Engineering.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data health, accuracy, and freshness.
• Evaluate and prioritize external data providers and internal AI-derived signals to improve coverage.
• Translate product and customer requirements into detailed technical specifications for company data improvements.
• Maintain high standards for data governance, quality assurance, and project documentation.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in data products, platforms, analytics, or data operations.
• 3–5 years of dedicated experience as a Data Product Manager.
• Hands-on experience with large, complex, multi-source datasets and entity-based data.
• Proficiency in SQL and data exploration tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting or large-scale SaaS organizations.
• Direct experience with company or people intelligence data products.
• Experience in managing research and data investigation projects.
