What you will do

• Define and drive the artistic concept and visual direction for casual-style game assets.
• Ensure high quality standards through rigorous art inspection and feedback processes.
• Manage and oversee the entire art resource production workflow.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams to integrate art assets within the Unity engine.
• Maintain clear communication across disciplines to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional work experience in game art.
• Strong understanding of North American casual art aesthetics.
• Proven ability to direct large-scale art projects.
• Deep understanding of 3D game resource production processes.
• Proficiency with the Unity engine.
• Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Art Director.
