What you will do

• Own and improve Salesforce processes to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting across the sales team.
• Lead and coordinate complex RFP responses by consolidating inputs from engineering, legal, finance, and technical teams.
• Review tender documentation and perform detailed commercial and risk assessments.
• Oversee the internal approval process from initial opportunity through to final contract signature.
• Analyze project performance against expectations at closure to identify risks and implement lessons learned.
• Support the Regional Chief Commercial Officer in client engagements and strategic meeting preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Finance, Law or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial or contract management within media, broadcasting, or live events.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic required.
• Deep knowledge of contract law in the Middle East, specifically UAE and KSA.
• Demonstrated experience with FIDIC contract structures and regional bidding processes.
• Ability to travel across the MEA region as required.
