What you will do

• Own production agents end-to-end, including design, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Build and operate customer support automation, supervising agents that resolve issues faster than humans.
• Manage agent reliability, cost, and quality by tracking performance, setting budgets, and tuning behavior.
• Design the orchestration layer, structuring agent teams and building operational infrastructure.
• Integrate agents with internal and external APIs to provide necessary context and capabilities.
• Experiment with new models, techniques, and use cases, benchmarking them and shipping improvements.

Requirements

• You have built and maintained AI agents or automations in production.
• You are deeply technical with understanding of LLMs, token economics, prompt engineering, API design, and orchestration patterns.
• You obsess over experimentation and reliability, thinking in terms of error rates and customer satisfaction.
• You are not precious about your agents, fixing failures and killing clever but ineffective approaches.
• You actively nerd about your AI setup, experimenting with different models, prompts, workflows, and automations.
• You would rather own a problem than be told exactly what to do.
• You are a kind person who cares about the people around you.
