What you will do

• Partner with product managers to design analytics pipelines aligned with product strategy.
• Translate complex product questions into measurable hypotheses and scalable data models.
• Collaborate with global data engineers to build and optimize AI-ready data pipelines using PySpark and AWS.
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to automate reporting and accelerate decision-making processes.
• Integrate quantitative data with market research to inform roadmap decisions and improve product features.
• Promote a data-centric culture by leading deep dives and sharing knowledge across global teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in big data platforms, product analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Strong fluency in Python, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering pipelines and cloud ecosystems, specifically PySpark and AWS.
• Demonstrated AI/ML fluency with active experience in leveraging LLMs or automation tools for data analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to synthesize findings for diverse stakeholders.
