About the Role

You will source and synthesize signals from customers, partners, and the ecosystem to identify high-value integration opportunities. You will translate ambiguous asks into clear product requirements, assess technical and data dependencies, build business cases, and manage delivery with Engineering and Solutions teams. You will measure outcomes, iterate post-launch, and serve as the product contact for external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full time product management or founder experience, including ownership of externally driven products or integrations
• 2+ years in web3 or crypto with demonstrable fluency in DeFi concepts and RWA and stablecoin trends
• Working knowledge of blockchain technology including smart contracts, consensus models, and L1 and L2 ecosystems
• Strong customer research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods
• Proven track record turning ambiguous partner requests into shipped products with measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, including logical writing and executive ready documents
• Solid analytics skills and comfort defining success metrics and building dashboards with Data
• High ownership, strong organization, and ability to operate in fast paced and ambiguous environments
• Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones

Responsibilities

• Lead partner and customer discovery to surface high value opportunities
• Translate ambiguous external asks into structured PRDs with clear requirements and success metrics
• Assess feasibility and complexity for integrations and new product lines
• Build business cases rooted in ROI and risk and secure cross functional alignment for go decisions
• Represent Ondo with external stakeholders and serve as the product point of contact
• Define integration scopes with Solutions Engineering and Engineering and manage delivery to production
• Instrument and review metrics post launch and iterate based on results
• Maintain a prioritized pipeline of integration and product opportunities
• Contribute external ecosystem insights and competitive analysis to product strategy
