What you will do
- Edit and proofread recipe content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Refine and optimize AI-generated recipe content to meet brand standards.
- Manage large volumes of structured recipe data within CMS platforms.
- Define and implement scalable content workflows, automation, and bulk editing tools.
- Develop editorial guidelines, templates, and AI prompt frameworks for efficient creation.
- Bridge communication between the culinary team and digital platforms to maintain culinary intent.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in food media, recipe development, or professional editing.
- Proven experience working with complex CMS or database-driven environments like Contentful, Airtable, or Notion.
- Exceptional proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail and data integrity.
- Ability to translate complex cooking techniques into logical, machine-categorizable instructions.
- Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering logic.
- Experience managing high-volume content pipelines with tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Background in Content Strategy, Information Architecture, or Content Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or digital publishing environments.
- Previous work with AI content tools and automation.
