What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage IT assets, user accounts, and access permissions in Active Directory and Google Workspace.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Support cloud environments including Azure, Intune, and Office 365.
- Educate users on IT security best practices and monitor potential threats.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Must work onsite 5 days/week in Miami, FL.
- Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting.
- Experience with network fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
- Familiarity with platforms like Azure, Intune, and Ivanti.
Nice to have
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Administrator.
- Experience with enterprise security tools including firewalls and endpoint protection.
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Bash.
