What you will do
- Develop maintainable, well-documented code for core gameplay features.
- Debug and optimize code at both low and high levels to maintain performance.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and animators in a cross-functional environment.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback.
- Design complex game systems and improve existing infrastructure.
- Test and refine new features for high-quality immersive experiences.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional programming experience.
- Proficiency in C++ and at least 5 years of experience with Unity.
- Proven experience shipping at least one AAA game.
- Experience in building complex systems from the ground up.
- Proven track record in mentoring and coaching other engineers.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unreal Engine.
