TL;DR

What you will do

  • Handle inbound support requests via email and phone for Google Workspace clients
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, delivering clear solutions
  • Manage and update cases in the ticketing system within defined SLAs
  • Communicate directly with Google on behalf of clients for escalated matters
  • Analyze patterns in support requests to suggest improvements for processes and documentation

Requirements

  • Fluent communication in Czech or Slovak and English
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or support role
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to own problems until resolution with empathy and patience
  • Must be based in Europe or the UK

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Experience with FreshDesk, GCP, AWS, or Notion
