What you will do

• Own features from concept to post-launch support, including task decomposition and review.
• Participate in R&D by building prototypes and exploring gameplay solutions.
• Analyze player statistics and community feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain technical specifications, prototype plans, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the team to refine core gameplay experiences.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Game Designer or System Designer.
• Strong understanding of the midcore and hardcore mobile F2P market.
• Experience working with data, analytics, and community feedback.
• Ability to translate player experience into UI and UX mockups.
• Proven ability to work with high levels of independence.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with RolePlay projects, GTA-like games, or social MMOs.
• Experience working with the Unity engine.
